WIP: WorkshopRepairUpdate.
This is transit moment of mounting OSB walls/, now I`ve done.
I use pine 2by2 with bio-fire-safe primer like frame on walls. It brings surface for OSB and space between OSB & concrete for air (I havent insulation outside concrete, inside must be ventilated). OSB is durable material, I can screw smth in random places without any problems. And It look nice and shiny.  WIP: WorkshopRepairUpdate.

I made floor! Finally!
What was done:
- two layers of cement self leveling floor (half density and high density);
- two layers of concrete primer (concrete lacquer Kompozit STRONG);
- two layers of special concrete paint Kompozit AK-11 Grey.
This combination works very well for long time in another part of workshop.
I hope this part will too.
PS while layers was drying, I  made some storm water drainage in front of my workshop, because it was very rainy in Europe this month, photos - later. WIP:WorkshopRepair

WIP. Workshop repair update.

New layer of floor is drying.

This time I did all right. I like that.

New experiments with metal and wood

Yesterday.. I made floor in the workshop.
It was very hard, because… I want to do it with myself, alone.. And I can`t. I called my father to help me. That`s why first sq. meters of floor are spoiled. Not afraid. I`ll take one more layer of floor with another materials.
Some knowledge I get:
- preparation is all;
- hand of help is priceless;
- to make large floor you need to be fast, like Superman;
- mix floor right like instruction says;
- to avoid fast drying spray base with water, it helps, very;
- clean your instruments after each mix of liquid floor, previous particles speeds up next portion.
And finally: don’t try to save your time, you haven`t it, have more hands.
PS floor is 8.6 by 3.8 meters, 32.7 sq.m. Yesterday.. I made floor in the workshop.

WIP.TableSawUpgrade.

There was some days outside workshop. I was making the pipes. A lot of work in the ground. Almost done.

But last days are rainy and I back to my table saw stand.

On this shot I glued and screwed left-right cabinet, central stand and bottom panel. And place it on the base frame. Looks very nice.

Central stand and cabinets became very strong after screwing with bottom.

The next big thing(c)s are:

- back panels for cabinets (fiberboard);

- front panel for right cabinet (pine and plywood);

- boxes and front panels for left cabinet;

- dust and particles box for central stand;

- mouldings for the base;

- adjustable table wings and table saw mount;

- paint it all.

PS maybe, table wings will be first stage, then I would do other stuff with working saw and sleds…

Table saw stand upside down looks like some classic table :)

Mounting bottom panel.
